Thank you so much for all of your expert help.  It is nice to know there are still people in the world that you can put your trust into and you are definitely one of them.  The issue with the easement required expertise and I'm glad you had it.  This was a very difficult situation and I am happy that I was able to move.

Thanks for telling me the way it was - about the market and all.  We were lucky that we had you and I appreciate all of your help.  We are all happy in Arizona and  I will continue to bug my brother to use you.  All real estate people are truly not created equal..  Best of luck and the next time you come to Arizona,  look me up and  I will buy you a beer.
